摘要
目的探讨依那普利联用叶酸治疗H型高血压的临床疗效及对血管内皮功能的影响价值评价。方法该次研究的154例患者,均为2017年3月—2018年3在该院同期接受治疗的H型高血压患者,使用随机数字法将患者分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者接受依那普利治疗,观察组患者则接受依那普利联用叶酸治疗,观察对比两组患者所获得的治疗效果。结果观察组患者中,TM、Hcy、ET-1水平低于对照组患者患者(t=6.563 1,6.315 5,17.422 4,P<0.05),NO水平高于对照组患者(t=13.634 3,P<0.05),对观察组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组患者,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率(98.71%)高于对照组患者临床治疗总有效率(84.41%),该组患者的临床无效率低于对照组患,数据差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.165 4,P<0.05)。结论 H型高血压患者接受依那普利联用叶酸治疗,疗效显著,对于我国探索新型治疗模式,具有十分重要的临床意义以及研究意义。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of enalapril combined with folic acid in the treatment of H-type hypertension and its impact on vascular endothelial function. Methods The 154 patients in this study were all H-type hypertensive patients who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number method. In the enalapril treatment group, patients in the observation group received enalapril combined with folic acid treatment, and the therapeutic effects obtained by comparing the two groups of patients were observed. Results In the observation group, the levels of TM, Hcy and ET-1 were lower than those of the control group(t=6.563 1,6.315 5,17.422 4,P<0.05), and the NO level was higher than that of the control group(t=13.634 3,P<0.05). The treatment effect of the patients was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of clinical treatment(98.71%) was higher in the observation group than in the control group(84.41%). The clinical inefficiency of this group was lower than that in the control group. The data difference is statistically significant(χ^2= 6.165 4, P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with H-type hypertension receiving enalapril combined with folic acid have significant curative effect,which is of great clinical significance and research significance for exploring new treatment models in China.
