贝那普利和阿托伐他丁联合用药对2型糖尿病并发肾病的治疗效果观察

Therapeutic Effect of Benazepril Combined with Atorvastatin on Type 2 Diabetes Complicated with Nephropathy

目的探索贝那普利和阿托伐他汀联合治疗对2型糖尿病并发肾病的治疗效果。方法选择2型糖尿病并发肾病患者100例,选择时间:2017年5月—2018年5月,分别行不同的治疗模式:贝那普利治疗、贝那普利联合阿托伐他汀治疗,对应组别:对照组、观察组。比较2组临床各项指标数据、血脂指标情况、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组24 h尿蛋白定量:(0.82±0.22)g、血肌酐:(103.54±6.69)μmol/L、尿素氮:(3.87±0.56)mmol/L、尿蛋白排泄率:(39.65±6.23)μg/min优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.997 0、P=0.000 1;t=17.565 5、P=0.000 1;t=4.0539、P=0.000 1;t=12.872 0、P=0.000 1);观察组TG:(1.53±0.11)mmol/L、TC:(3.69±0.57)mmol/L均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=17.4731、P=0.000 1;t=14.967 9、P=0.000 1);观察组不良反应发生例数:2例,优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=10.714 3、P=0.001 1)。结论贝那普利和阿托伐他汀联合治疗对2型糖尿病并发肾病效果较佳,可推广。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of benazepril combined with atorvastatin on type 2 diabetes complicated with nephropathy. Methods 100 patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with nephropathy were selected.Time: May 2017 to May 2018, different treatment modes were selected: benazepril treatment, benazepril combined with atorvastatin treatment, corresponding groups: control group, observation group. Compare the clinical data of the two groups, the blood lipid index and the occurrence of adverse reactions. Results The 24-hour urine protein was quantified in the observation group:(0.82±0.22)g, serum creatinine:(103.54±6.69)μmol/L, urea nitrogen:(3.87±0.56) mmol/L,and urinary protein excretion rate:(39.65±6.23)μg/min was superior to the control group,the different was statistically significant(t=11.997 0, P=0.000 1;t=17.565 5, P=0.000 1;t=4.053 9, P=0.000 1;t=12.872 0, P=0.000 1);observation group TG:(1.53±0.11)mmol/L, TC:(3.69±0.57)mmol/L were lower than the control group,the different was statistically significant(t=17.473 1, P=0.000 1;t=14.967 9, P=0.000 1);the number of adverse reactions in the observation group: 2 cases, better than the control group,the different was statistically significant(χ^2=10.714 3, P=0.001 1). Conclusion The combination of benazepril and atorvastatin is effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetes complicated with nephropathy and can be promoted.
