经脐入路单一切口腹腔镜胆囊切除术的回顾与分析

Retrospective Analysis of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy with Single Incision through the Umbilical Approach

目的回顾性分析经脐入路单一切口腹腔镜胆囊切除术的可行性、安全性和美容效果。方法回顾性分析该院2013年5月—2014年5月使用常规器械经脐入路单一切口腹腔镜胆囊切除术96例临床资料及讨论手术技巧与手术器械对手术的影响。结果 96例手术均获成功,无中转开腹,手术时间30～90 min,平均(40±8)min,术后住院时间1～5(2.5±0.5)d,术后随访1～3个月,无并发症发生,切口隐蔽。结论在当前条件下,提高手术技巧要远比使用新型器械更能让广大患者在经济上和心理上接受。应用常规器械经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除是安全可行的,脐部瘢痕小且隐匿美观,极具推广价值。

Objective To retrospectively analyze the feasibility, safety and cosmetic effects of laparoscopic cholecystectomy with single incision through the umbilical approach. Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 96 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy using conventional instruments through the umbilical approach from May2013 to May 2014. The effects of surgical techniques and surgical instruments on surgery were discussed. Results All the 96 cases were successful, no conversion to open surgery, operation time 30~90 min,(40±8)min, postoperative hospital stay 1-5 d(2.5±0.5)d, postoperative follow-up 1-3 months, no complications occurs, the incision is hidden. Conclusion Under current conditions, improving surgical skills is far more economically and psychologically acceptable than using new devices. The use of conventional instruments through the umbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy is safe and feasible, and the umbilical scar is small and concealed, which is of great value.
