老年高血压并发失眠应用黄连阿胶汤加味的治疗效果研究

Study on the Therapeutic Effect of Huanglian Ejiao Decoction in Elderly Patients with Hypertension Complicated with Insomnia

目的观察黄连阿胶汤加味在老年高血压并发失眠患者中的临床疗效。方法将该院于2018年5—12月所收治的80例老年高血压并发失眠患者分作治疗组与对照组两组。对照组给与甜梦口服液,治疗组采用黄连阿胶汤加味进行治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患者睡眠质量评分(2.75±0.31)分vs (2.66±0.41)分差异无统计学意义(t=1.107 4,P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者在临床疗效92.50%、各项睡眠治疗评分(1.23±0.16)分、(1.13±0.47)分、(1.03±0.53)分、(1.03±0.75)分、(1.31±0.64)分以及各项生活质量指标评分(91.07±8.32)分、(90.18±9.52)分、(71.15±13.04)分与(66.54±13.42)分均优于对照组75.50%、(2.05±0.12)分、(2.08±0.48)分、(1.67±0.75)分、(1.74±0.72)分与(2.08±0.26)分;(84.56±16.15)分、(71.46±24.29)分、(60.48±20.02)分和(49.47±21.16)分,以总疗效对比为差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.500 6,t=25.930 7,8.943 8,4.407 5,4.319 1,7.049 7,2.266 3,4.538 2, 2.824 5,4.308 6,P<0.05)。结论黄连阿胶汤加味在老年患者并发失眠患者中具有良好的临床效果,能够有效提高患者的治疗效果,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Huanglian Ejiao Decoction in elderly patients with hypertension complicated with insomnia. Methods 80 patients with hypertension and insomnia admitted to our hospital from May to December 2018 were divided into two groups: the treatment group and the control group. The control group was given Tianmeng oral liquid, and the treatment group was treated with Huanglian Ejiao Decoction. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in sleep quality scores between the two groups(2.75±0.31)points vs(2.66±0.41)points(t=1.1074, P>0.05). After treatment, the patients in the treatment group had clinical efficacy of 92.50% and various sleep treatments scores(1.23±0.16)points,(1.13±0.47)points,(1.03±0.53)points,(1.03±0.75)points,(1.31±0.64)points, and quality of life indicators(91.07±8.32)points,(90.18±9.52)points,(71.15±13.04)points and(66.54±13.42)points were better than the control group 75.50%,(2.05±0.12)points,(2.08 ±0.48)points,(1.67 ±0.75)points,(1.74 ±0.72)points and(2.08 ±0.26)points;(84.56 ±16.15)points,(71.46 ±24.29)points,(60.48±20.02)points, and(49.47±21.16)points,(χ^2=4.5006, t=25.930 7,8.943 8,4.407 5,4.319 1,7.049 7,2.266 3,4.538 2,2.824 5,4.308 6,P<0.05). Conclusion Huanglian Ejiao Decoction has a good clinical effect in elderly patients with insomnia, which can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients and is worthy of promotion.
