精细化护理应用于中重度寻常型痤疮的效果探讨

Discussion on the Effect of Refined Nursing on Moderate to Severe Acne Vulgaris

目的观察精细化护理在中重度寻常型痤疮中的应用效果。方法选择2017年8月—2018年8月在该院接受治疗的94例中重度寻常型痤疮患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,各47例。在相同治疗方式的前提下,对照组采用常规护理,实验组在对照组的基础上实行精细化护理。对比两组患者的临床疗效、护理前后的焦虑和抑郁量表评分及不良反应发生率。结果实验组治疗有效率(91.49%)显著高于对照组(76.60%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=3.887,P=0.049);护理后,两组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均下降,且实验组SAS量表评分、SDS量表评分[(44.27±4.65)分、(45.34±4.81)分]显著低于对照组[(53.40±5.51)分、(54.28±5.63)分],差异有统计学意义(tSAS=8.681,P<0.001;tSDS=8.277,P<0.001);实验组患者不良反应发生率(8.51%)显著低于对照组(23.40%),差异对比有显著性(χ~2=3.887,P=0.049)。结论精细化护理有利于提高中重度寻常型痤疮治疗效果,促进患者身心健康,值得在临床应用。

Objective To observe the application effect of refined nursing in moderate to severe acne vulgaris. Methods A total of 94 patients with moderate to severe acne vulgaris who were treated in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled in the study. According to the random number table method, they were divided into experimental group and control group, 47 cases each. On the premise of the same treatment, the control group received routine care, and the experimental group performed refined care on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients, the anxiety and depression scale before and after treatment, and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared. Results The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group(91.49%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(76.60%). The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=3.887, P=0.049). After nursing, the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) of the two groups of patients and the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores decreased, and the SAS scale score and SDS scale score of the experimental group were [(44.27 ±4.65) points,(45.34±4.81) points] were significantly lower than the control group [(53.40±5.51)points,(54.28±5.63) points, the difference was statistically significant(tSAS=8.681, P<0.001;tSDS=8.277, P<0.001);the incidence of adverse reactions(8.51%)was significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group(23.40%), the difference was significant(χ^2=3.887, P=0.049). Conclusion Fine nursing is beneficial to improve the therapeutic effect of moderate to severe acne vulgaris and promote the physical and mental health of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
