急诊“胸痛中心”一站式服务在胸痛患者中的应用

One-stop Service of Emergency Chest Pain Center in Patients with Chest Pain

目的分析急诊"胸痛中心"一站式服务在胸痛患者的应用价值。方法将2017年7月—2018年7月于该院急诊"胸痛中心"实施一站式服务期间接受治疗的82例胸痛患者作为调查组对象,将2016年6月—2017年6月该院急诊"胸痛中心"实施常规服务期间接受诊治的82例患者作为常规组对象,对比两组患者接受急诊PCI治疗的时间、死亡率及患者的服务满意率。结果相较于常规组患者,调查组患者接受急诊PCI治疗的时间相对缩短,组间差值比较差异有统计学意义(t=11.256,P<0.05)。调查组患者死亡1例,常规组患者死亡7例,数值比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.731,P<0.05)。调查组患者整体服务满意率为98.78%,常规组患者整体服务满意率为85.37%,数据对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=10.109,P<0.05)。结论急诊"胸痛中心"一站式服务在胸痛患者中的应用,能够缩短患者的急诊治疗时间,降低患者死亡率,且有助于提升急诊服务的质量。

Objective To analyze the application value of one-stop service of emergency chest pain center in patients with chest pain. Methods 82 patients with chest pain who were treated during the one-stop service period from July2017 to July 2018 in the emergency chest pain center of our hospital were selected as the investigation team from June2016 to June 2017. 82 patients who underwent routine service during the emergency "chest pain center" were included in the routine group. The time, mortality, and service satisfaction rate of patients receiving emergency PCI were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the conventional group, the time of emergency PCI treatment was relatively shorter in the investigation group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(t=11.256,P<0.05). 1 patient died in the investigation group and 7 patients died in the conventional group. There was a statistically significant difference(χ^2=4.731, P <0.05). The overall service satisfaction rate of the patients in the investigation group was 98.78%, and the overall service satisfaction rate of the patients in the routine group was 85.37%. The data comparison was statistically significant(χ^2=10.109, P<0.05). Conclusion The one-stop service of the emergency chest pain center in patients with chest pain can shorten the emergency treatment time, reduce the mortality rate, and help improve the quality of emergency services.
