摘要
医学创新人才培养是医学教育的核心内容。通过对医学创新人才内涵的阐述,分析创新人才培养的现状和基本问题;以整合医学理念为向导,探索医学创新人才培养的有效途径,即树立创新型教学理念、应用整合型创新教学模式、优化创新人才综合考核制度。
Medical innovation personnel training is the core content of medical education.This paper starts from exposition about connotation of medical innovative talents,analyzing the current situation and basic problems of innovative talent training.On this basis it constructs the integral medicine,efficient paths of exploring the cultivation of medical innovative talents,giving some advice on setting up innovative teaching concept,applying integrated innovative teaching mode,optimizing the comprehensive assessment system for innovative personnel and so on.
