摘要 为了给学生提供更好的学习体验,高校开始越来越多地采用协同教学模式。与传统的单个教师授课模式相比,协同教学模式可以让学生从多个视角来了解课程内容,教师也可以充分发挥自己的专业特长。但是协同教学也存在着很多问题,如课程内容重复、不连贯,不利于师生之间的交流等。通过对学生协同教学感知效果的调查研究,可以看出学生总体上对协同教学模式是支持的,但是很多方面也不是很满意。因此,为了有效运用协同教学模式,有几点需要注意,如鼓励与支持员工自我提升、培养团队精神等。 In order to provide students a better learning experience, universities begin to use collaborative teaching more and more. Compared with the traditional single teacher teaching, collaborative teaching can let students understand the curriculum content from multiple perspectives, and teachers can also give full play to their professional expertise. However, there are also some problems in collaborative teaching, such as the repetition and incoherence of curriculum content, which is not conducive to the communication between teachers and students.Through the investigation of students' perception effect of collaborative teaching, we can see that students generally support the collaborative teaching, but they aren't very satisfied with many aspects. Therefore, in order to effectively apply the collaborative teaching, there are several points to be noted, such as encouraging and supporting staff self-improvement, cultivating team spirit and so on.
