摘要
职业生涯规划伴随人整个生涯,它是一个动态的发展过程。个体的内在条件和外在环境改变时,就需要修正发展路径,甚至是调整目标。本案列运用了心理咨询技术和方法、职业素质测评工具和职业生涯设计策略和方法,以开放、敏锐和接纳姿态帮助一名高职学生完成职业生涯规划。
Career planning is the whole life of the person, it is a dynamic development process. When the individual's conditions and external environment change, it is necessary to revise the path of development and even adjust career goals. This case uses psychological counseling techniques and methods, professional quality assessment tools and career design strategies and methods to help a higher vocational student complete career planning with an open, keen and acceptable attitude.
