摘要
大仲马的《基督山伯爵》可以看作是缅甸第一部现代小说《貌迎貌玛梅玛》的创作原型。《貌迎貌玛梅玛》的作者詹姆斯·拉觉从《基督山伯爵》的主题、故事情节和人物性格变化中获得了创作灵感并进行了缅甸化的改造。从伽达默尔哲学诠释学的角度来看,《基督山伯爵》构成了詹姆斯·拉觉创作前见的核心之一,为其创作提供了特殊的视域,构成了其前理解的基础,也为詹姆斯·拉觉对本民族传统文化和宗教信仰的反思提供了可能。《基督山伯爵》和《貌迎貌玛梅玛》并不是简单的原型与摹本关系,而是基于模仿的再认识,是不同传统之间的视域融合,是自我理解的超越,是以不同方式对具有普遍性的文学经验和真理的延伸和拓展。
Alexandre Dumas Pers’s The Count of MonteCristo can be regarded as a prototype of Burmese first modern novel Maung Yin Maung Ma Me Ma.James Hla Kyaw,the author of Maung Yin Maung Ma Me Ma was inspired by the theme,storyline and character changes of The Count of MonteCristo,and transformed it with Burmese characteristics.From the perspective of Hans-Georg Gadamer’s philosophical hermeneutics,The Count of MonteCristo constitutes one of the cores of James Hla Kyaw’s preview of creation,provids a special view for his writing and forms the basis of his pre-understanding.It also provides a possibility for James Hla Kyaw to reflect on the traditional culture and religious beliefs of his nation.The relationship between The Count of MonteCristo and Maung Yin Maung Ma Me Ma is more than prototype and transcript,but a re-recognition based on imitation.It is a fusion of horizons among different traditions and a transcendence of self-understanding.It is a different way to extend and expand the universal literary experience and truth.
