摘要
在车辆的开发过程中,底盘的调试参数会在调试的不同阶段变化,其变化会对副车架的耐久性能产生影响。文章利用Isight建立了载荷分解、有限元应力计算、耐久评估联合仿真流程,通过多体动力学模型分解出各零部件载荷,再通过局部应力应变方法考核耐久,能够在车辆设计早期快速有效识别零件耐久风险。通过以上流程分析调试参数对副车架的影响规律,并找到耐久最恶劣情况下的调试参数组合,通过优化该组合下的副车架耐久性能,使其满足整个带宽范围的要求,并最终通过台架和路试验证。
During the development of the vehicle,the tuning parameters will be changed at different stages of tuning,and the risk to the durability of sub-frame can be caused.Isight is used to establish load decomposition,finite element stress calculation and durability evaluation co-simulation process.The multi-body model is used to decompose the load of each component,and the durability is evaluated by the local stress-strain method.The risk of chassis parts on durability in the early stage of vehicle development can be identified by evaluation procedure efficiently.Through the above process,the influence of the tuning parameters on sub-frame is studied,and the combination of tuning parameters in the worst case of durability on sub-frame is found.Sub-frame optimized under this combination can meet the requirement of durability in entire bandwidth.And it is verifed by bench test and road test finally.
