摘要
文章以某一车型为研究对象,利用不同的建模和仿真方法计算车辆悬架系统的偏频,并以偏频试验数据为参考,对仿真结果进行误差分析,总结出一套工程实用性较强的仿真方法。并结合多体动力学仿真和整车振动试验方法对不同模型仿真结果进行误差分析,结果显示,与试验数据相比,方法 1误差为6. 6%、方法2误差为5. 4%、方法 3误差为2. 8%。由此可见,方法 3的建模与仿真方法能够反映实车的真实情况,工程应用价值较高。
Based on the vehicle,the different modeling and simulation methods are used for calculating the natural frequency of the suspension system,the errors are analyzed and a more practical simulation method is summed up.The errors of the simulations using different simplified models are analyzed by combining the multi-body dynamic simulation methods and vehicle vibration tests.Compared with the vehicle vibration tests,the error of the method 1 is 6.6%,the error of the method 2 is 5.4%,the error of the method 3 is2.8%.The simulation result of method 3 matches more with the experiment.And the modeling and simulation method 3 is established agrees more with the practical engineering applications.
