Product Internal Fault Cost Control Based on Information Platform

通过对空空导弹研制生产内部故障成本统计现状分析,制定构建产品质量损失信息库目标,通过PDCA管理循环、搭建软件开发模型等方法,最终实现内部故障成本的有效管控,对军工企业质量成本管理有一定借鉴意义。

Based on the analysis of the statistical status of the internal fault cost in the development and production of air-to-air missile,the paper establishes the goal of building the product quality loss information base,and finally realizes the effective control of the internal fault cost by means of PDCA management cycle and software development model,which has certain reference significance for the quality cost management of military enterprises.
