摘要
以醇类(甲醇、乙醇)为主要原料的醇基燃料是当前最具有潜力的替代能源之一,同时它具有热值较低、气化潜热较大和燃烧效率潜力未充分挖掘等问题。鉴于醇基燃料的巨大应用前景以及静电雾化的对液体燃料具有较好的雾化效果,设计了一款采用静电雾化技术的醇基燃料燃烧器,可解决当前气化耗能大、噪音大、使用需等待等问题。
The alcohol-based fuel with alcohol(methanol,ethanol)as the main raw material is one of the most potential alternative energy sources at present,and it has problems of low calorific value,large latent heat of vaporization and insufficient potential for combustion efficiency.In view of the huge application prospect of alcohol-based fuel and the good atomization effect of electrostatic atomization on liquid fuel,an alcoholbased fuel burner using electrostatic atomization technology is designed to solve the current gasification energy consumption and noise.Big,use waiting,etc.
