某相控阵雷达自动调平系统设计分析

摘要 某相控阵雷达用于高炮营、地空导弹营及相应指挥系统提供低空和超低空领域目标指示,因此对该装备调平系统精度有一定的要求。该文结合该装备特点,对四点支撑机电动式自动调平系统的设计进行了详细的分析,介绍了四点调平的特点、总体调平方案、调平工作原理分析、调平流程、软件工作流程等。该系统设计集机电一体,四条腿可同时升或降,也可单条腿升或降,可靠性高和安全性高,调平速度快,调平精度高,采用了调平校正网络调平,系统处于长时间掉电后,调平系统可长时间锁定调平精度。 A phased array radar is used in anti-aircraft artillery battalion,surface-to-air missile battalion and corresponding command system to provide target indication in low-altitude and ultra-low-altitude fields,so the precision of leveling system of this equipment is required to some extent.Combined with the characteristics of the equipment,the design of the electric automatic leveling system of the four-point support machine is analyzed in detail.The characteristics of the four-point leveling system,the overall leveling scheme,the analysis of the leveling principle,the leveling process and the software work flow are introduced.The system is designed with mechanical and electrical integration,four legs can rise or fall at the same time,or one leg can rise or fall,high reliability and high safety,high leveling speed and high leveling accuracy,leveling correction network is adopted.Leveling,the system is in a long time after power down,leveling system can be locked for a long time leveling accuracy.
