摘要
结合历史与实践对标准化规律进行探索,阐述新时代标准化发展的一般规律,以期为新时代标准化事业沿着科学正确的方向和轨道蓬勃发展提供理论基础。
This paper combines the history and practice of the standardization law are explored,expounds the general rules of the new era in the development of standardization,in order to provide theoretical basis for the new era of standardization and direction along the right track of scientific development.
