热态驱动线试验错对中值设定方法研究

摘要 由于热态驱动线试验本体只包含一束驱动线组件,因此无法准确反映实堆驱动线错对中值情况。通过对华龙一号实堆驱动线中错对中值的影响分析和理论计算,提出了一种在驱动机构管座与上支承板之间增设错对中值的改进方法,同时提出了错对中设定值的计算方法。该方法不增加任何零部件,是一个简单经济的解决方案。并且该错对中设定值的计算方法影响因素考虑全面,计算过程清晰简便,便于工程师掌握,易于在类似压水堆型中的热态驱动线试验中推广。 Because the control rod drive line (CRDL)hot comprehensive test equipment contains only a bunch of CRDL, it can’t accurately reflect the real misalignment value in the reactor. Based on the influence analysis and theoretical calculation of misalignment in the CRDL of Hualong NO.1 reactor, this paper proposes an improved method for CRDL hot test that sets a misalignment value between control rod drive mechanism(CRDM)tube seat and upper support plate. And calculation method of the misalignment setting value is also discussed. This method is a simple and economical solution without adding any parts. And the calculation method has considered related influence factors comprehensively, the calculation process is clear and simple, which is easy for engineers to master and easy to popularize in the CRDL hot test in similar PWR.
