摘要
基于两齿轮啮合点处线速度相等、且线速度正比于转速和分度圆半径的原理,提出了计算行星齿轮机构传动比的新方法,即"等线速度"法;以2K-H型行星齿轮机构为例,以行星轮和内齿圈的分度圆半径为参数,推导出传动比计算公式和表征行星齿轮机构运动规律的特性方程。该方法对工程技术人员理解、掌握行星齿轮机构的特点、规律有积极意义,对分析摩擦传动、带传动等也有借鉴价值。
A new method, namely equivalent speed method, for calculating the transmission ratio of planetary gear mechanism is proposed based on the principle that the line speed at the meshing points of two gears is equal and proportional to the rotating speed and radius of the gear indexing circle in this paper. Taking the 2K-H planetary gear mechanism as an example, taking the indexing circle radius of the planetary gear and the inner ring gear as parameters, the calculation formula of the transmission ratio and the characteristic equation for characterizing the motion law of the planetary gear mechanism are derived. This method has positive significance for engineers and technicians to understand and master the characteristics and laws of planetary gear mechanisms, and also has reference value for analyzing friction transmission and belt transmission.
