摘要 针对常用钣金件的快速建模以及展开问题,以SolidWorks为开发平台,运用VBA编程语言对常用管状钣金件的参数化建模及展开系统进行了设计。详细阐述了系统的结构和开发方法,建立了参数化建模及展开过程的功能模块,完成了用户界面的开发。该系统大大简化了钣金件的建模和展开过程,从而缩短了钣金件的设计研发周期,降低了设计成本。 In order to solve the rapid modeling and unfolding problems of common sheet metal parts,SolidWorks is used as the development platform,and the parametric modeling and unfolding system of common tubular sheet metal parts are designed by VBA programming language.The structure and development method of the system are elaborated.The functional modules of parametric modeling and unfolding process are established,and the development of user interface is completed.The system greatly simplifies the modeling and unfolding process of sheet metal parts,thereby shortening the design and development cycle of sheet metal parts and reducing the design cost.
