摘要
以某型民用飞机典型鹅颈式铰链为研究对象,介绍了应用SolidThinking Inspire软件对铰链接头结构进行拓扑优化设计,并对比分析优化前后方案的强度、刚度、质量及材料利用率情况,总结了鹅颈式铰链接头拓扑优化设计要点,为典型鹅颈式铰链接头的设计提供优化设计思路,供工程设计参考。
Taking typical gooseneck hinges of a certain commercial aircraft as the research object,topology optimization of a gooseneck fitting based on solidThinking Inspire is introduced in this paper.The strength,stiffness,weight and material utilization rate of the optimized fitting and the pre-optimization fitting are compared and analyzed.The key points of gooseneck fitting topology optimization design are summarized.It provides optimization design ideas about gooseneck fittings and can be used as a reference for other similar optimization design.
