摘要
吊具在汽车生产车间被广泛使用,若存在设计缺陷,长期使用下吊具拉杆会出现断裂的情况。针对拉杆应力集中、强度不够的问题,使用了UG的高级仿真模块对拉杆进行有限元仿真分析,论述了UG有限元高级仿真模块的操作方法和步骤,得到了实际应力分布情况和应力大小的结果,提出了采用增加肋板的方式来改善的方法,并对优化效果再次仿真分析,证明了优化设计的可靠性和准确性。
The breakage of the hoisting rods in the automobile production workshop will occur under long-term use. For the problem of stress concentration and insufficient strength of the tie rod, the UG advanced simulation module is used to carry out finite element simulation analysis on the tie rod. The operation methods and steps of the UG finite element advanced simulation module are discussed. The results of the actual stress distribution and the magnitude of the stress are obtained. A method of adding ribs is proposed. The simulation analysis of the optimization effect proves the reliability and accuracy of the optimized design.
