基于IPC的牙轮钻头金属密封分装机控制系统设计

摘要 金属密封分装机是生产牙轮钻头的重要设备,其用于压装钻头牙爪,保证金属密封的有效性。针对牙轮钻头金属密封分装机,从总体方案、硬件选型、软件开发等方面开展电气控制系统设计。采用一体式工控机(IPC)对密封压装设备进行逻辑控制,实现了自动压装功能;对压力、位移信号进行数据采集和分析处理,实现了产品质量和缺陷自动检测功能。通过现场应用证实,控制系统设计合理、运行稳定。 Metal sealing assembly machine is an important equipment for producing roller bit, which is used to press-fit bit jaws to ensure the effectiveness of metal seal. In this paper, the design of the electrical control system for roller bit is carried out from the aspects of overall scheme, hardware selection, software development. The integrated industrial control computer (IPC)is used to carry out logic control on the sealing press-fitting equipment, thus realizing the automatic press-fitting function;The pressure and displacement signals are collected, analyzed and processed to realize the automatic detection of product quality and defects. Field application verifies that the control system is designed reasonably and stably.
