滚子轮廓修形对圆柱轴承接触应力及寿命的影响 被引量:7

摘要 给出了五种圆柱轴承滚子轮廓曲线方程及其凸度量影响因素,通过Lamina方法建立了圆柱滚子轴承的接触应力和寿命分析模型,考虑了轴承内外圈无偏斜和偏斜两种状态,比较了不同滚子轮廓曲线及凸度量对轴承接触应力和疲劳寿命的影响。结果表明,不同轮廓以及凸度量大小对轴承接触应力及其寿命产生较大影响,最佳凸度量与其所受载荷有关。只要选择合理的凸度量,对数曲线、圆弧相切曲线和Johns Gohar曲线能够有效避免"边缘效应",使轴承拥有较好的疲劳寿命。同时,计算了不同轮廓曲线下轴承径向游隙与其寿命之间的关系。 Five kinds of cylindrical bearing roller contour curve equations and convex influence factors are given.The contact stress and life analysis model of cylindrical roller bearings is established by Lamina method.The deflection state of the inner and outer rings of the bearing is considered.The effects of different roller profile and convex on bearing contact stress and fatigue life are compared.The results show that different profiles and convex size have a great influence on the bearing contact stress and its life,and the best convex is related to the load it bears.As long as you choose a reasonable convex,the logarithmic curve,the arc tangent curve and the Johns Gohar curve can effectively avoid the edge effect,so that the bearing has a good fatigue life.At the same time,the relationship between the radial clearance of the bearing and its life under different contour curves is calculated.
