摘要
扭力梁是汽车后悬挂系统中一种常见的零件,其截面变化复杂,因而适用于管材充液成形。文中分析了其充液成形工艺,并重点研究了预成形和内压力对零件成形效果的影响,最终完成样件的试制。
Torsion beam is a common part of vehicle rear suspension system.Its cross section is complex,so it is suitable for tube hydroforming.This paper analyzes the tube hydroforming process.And the effect of pre-forming and internal pressure on the forming effect of the parts is mainly studied.Finally,the trial production of the sample is completed.
