摘要
基于225重型镗铣床的840D sl数控系统改造,简述了通过PLC控制交流电动机对镗箱垂度进行补偿的原理和方法,并以应用实例验证该方法的有效性,为中、重型镗铣床镗箱垂度PLC补偿提供了新的思路和方法。
Based on the transformation of 840Dsl CNC system ofФ225 heavy boring and milling machine,this paper briefly describes the principle and method of sag compensation of boring box.The AC motor is controlled by PLC,and the effectiveness of the method is verified by an application example.It provides new ideas and methods for the PLC compensation of the boring box of medium and heavy boring and milling machines.
