构建中国通用航空产业的竞争优势研究——基于钻石理论视角

Research on the Competitive Advantage of China’s General Aviation Industry——based on the Diamond Theory

基于迈克尔·波特的钻石理论模型,分析了中国通用航空产业的资源要素、市场需求、相关产业和支持产业、运营企业与同业竞争、制度环境等,提出了构建我国通航产业竞争优势的对策建议:促进国产通航飞机"走出去";采用"国外TC+国内PC"的飞机制造模式;以自主研发为主;以跨国收购促进技术进步;捕捉产业前沿,不断开发新领域。

Based on Michael Porter's diamond theory model,this paper analyzes the resource elements,market demand,related industries and supporting industries,industrial competition and institutional environment of China's general aviation industry.It puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to build the competitive advantage of China's aviation industry:promoting the exportation of aircrafts which are manufactured by China companies;to promote the domestic aircraft to go abroad;to adopt the aircraft manufacturing mode of"foreign TC+domestic PC";to focus on independent research and development;Capture the forefront of the industry,continue to develop new areas.
