商务英语跨文化人才培养及就业研究——以广西民族师范学院为例

Research on the Training and Employment of Business English Intercultural Talents——Taking Guangxi Normal University for Nationalities as an Example

随着经济全球化的逐步推进,各国之间交往及相互依赖不断加深,越来越多的国家和地区意识到跨文化能力在国际交往中发挥着重要作用。而高校作为培养人才的主体,不仅需要培养较好的专业人才,而且还必须培养具备较高跨文化能力的国际化人才。探索广西民族师范学院商务英语实习生跨文化能力现状并提出相应的提升跨文化能力的方法,不仅对该校商务英语实习生跨文化能力的提升有益,而且有助于学校调整人才培养方案,推进商务英语学生就业,推动他们向卓越商务英语人才的发展方向迈进。

With the gradual advancement of economic globalization,exchanges and interdependence between countries have deepened,and more and more countries and regions are aware that intercultural competence plays an important role in international exchanges.As the main body of training talents,universities not only need to cultivate better professional talents,but also must cultivate international talents with higher intercultural competence.Exploring the status of intercultural competence of Business English interns in Guangxi Normal University for Nationalities and proposing corresponding methods can not only benefit the improvement of intercultural competence of business English interns,but also help unitversities adjust their talent training programs,promote the employment of business English students and their approach towards excellent business English talents.
