温商作为浙商的主体,是改革开放初期的第一代商人,在建立海外销售渠道和海外商业网络方面积极主动。温商历代传承,不断在新时期创造新的辉煌。针对"一带一路"欧洲方向"新温商"的成长规律进行研究。从哲学高度审视新温商形象,通过对20余位温商的调研访谈,从人格化视角分析新温商,探索新温商的成长规律,有助于"新温商"精神的提炼,发掘和开发温州特色文化;丰富"温州学"研究,为温商的培养模式和文化对企业家成长的重要性研究提供理论和实证支持。

Wenzhou's Businessman,as the main body of Zheshang,is the first generation of businessmen in the early stage of reform and opening-up.Wenzhou's Businessman has passed on from generation to generation,constantly creating new glories in the new era.This paper aims to study the growth law of the"new Wenzhou's Businessman"on the Belt and Road of"Europe".This paper examines the image of the newWenzhou's Businessman from a philosophical perspective,analyzes the personality characteristics of the newWenzhou's Businessman from the perspective of personification,and Explores the growth law of the new Wenzhou's Businessman,which is helpful to refine the spirit of the"new Wenzhou's Businessman".To explore and develop the characteristic culture of Wenzhou,to enrich the study of"Wenzhou Studies",and to provide theoretical and empirical support for the study of the importance of Wenzhou's Businessman's cultivation mode and culture to the growth of entrepreneurs.
