高校科研管理信息化促进策略研究

Research on Promotion Strategy of Scientific Research Management Informatization Construction in Colleges

随着信息化和高校科研管理的不断融合,暴露出管理中存在的问题,分析得出以下共性问题:数据信息涵盖范围有限、资源共享机制缺失、科研过程管理不足、信息技术与科技管理融合不够、科研管理人员知识结构不匹配和科技考评机制不够科学。因此,具体化提出注重统筹安排、循序实施,强化科研管理信息化发展理念,推进高校科研管理模式和管理制度建设信息化;同时加大信息化建设的投入力度,加强科研管理人员队伍信息化素养的建设等优化策略。

With the continuous integration of informationization and the management of colleges and universities,the following common problems are obtained from the analysis:limited coverage of data information,lack of resource sharing mechanism,inadequate management of scientific research process,insufficient integration of information technology and science and technology management,unreasonable knowledge structure of scientific research managers and lack of science in scientific and technological evaluation mechanism.Based on the practical analysis of the above problems,this paper puts forward some optimization strategies,such as focusing on the overall planning,stepping up the implementation,improving the concept of scientific research management informationization,promoting the informationization of scientific research management mode and management system construction in colleges and universities,and increasing the investment of informationization construction,and strengthening the construction of information literacy of scientific research managers.
