推拿结合四维牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症合并脊柱侧弯疗效观察

目的:观察推拿结合四维牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症合并脊柱侧弯的临床疗效。方法:96例随机分为观察组49例和对照组47例,观察组用推拿结合四维牵引治疗,对照组单用推拿治疗。结果:治疗前后Cobb角差值观察组(6.29±1.29)°、对照组(4.13±0.95)°,治疗后VAS评分观察组(2.02±0.99)分、对照组(3.30±1.35)分,VAS分差观察组(4.71±1.00)分、对照组(3.53±1.28)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总有效率观察组(89.8%)、对照组78.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:推拿结合四维牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症合并脊柱侧弯可有较好疗效,能改善生理曲度,减小疼痛。

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeuti effect on lumbar disc herniation combined with scoliosis treated by massage combined with four-dimensional traction.Method:A total of 96 cases of lumbar disc herniation with scoliosis were randomly divided into observation group (49 cases) and control group (47 cases). The observation group were treated with massage combined with four-dimensional tractio while the control group were just treated with massage therapy. Result:The difference of Cobb angle before and after treatment in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05). The VAS score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The difference between two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05).Compared the curative effect between the two groups,the total effective rate of the observation group (89.8%) was better than that of the control group (78.7%). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Massage combined with four-dimensional traction has good therapeutic effect in treatment of lumbar disc herniation combined with scoliosis,which could effectively improve the physiological curvature of patients and relieve the pain of patients.
