武汉地铁工电联调体系建立及实践经验探讨

为了应对高速发展的城市轨道交通建设新常态,武汉地铁于近几年大力推行道岔工电联调工作。文章首先分析了常用的道岔工电联调体系,在此基础上结合存在的问题,提出基于交叉管理的概念应用于武汉地铁工电联调体系;接着从管理和技术两个层面探讨了所获得的实践经验,并分析指出如何更合理的安排预防性整治计划是面临的一大难题,进而提出了基于统计决策的改善思路。所论述的内容具有一定的借鉴意义和指导意义。

In order to cope with the new normal of urban rail transit construction,Wuhan subway has vigorously carried out turnout power dispatching in recent years.In this paper,the commonly used turnout power and power dispatching system is analyzed.On this basis,combined with the existing problems,the concept based on cross management is applied to Wuhan subway power and power dispatching system.Then it discusses the practical experience obtained from the two aspects of management and technology,and points out that how to arrange the preventive treatment plan more reasonably is a major problem faced,and then puts forward the improvement idea based on statistical decision-making.The content discussed has certain reference significance and guiding significance.
