摘要
表面增强拉曼散射是一种良好的分子检测技术,寻求性能良好的表面增强拉曼散射基底是研究表面增强拉曼散射的重要挑战之一。在研究中发现,二硫化钼具有良好的吸附能力及荧光淬灭的作用^([1]),其作为SERS基底十分具有优势,于是将金属与MoS_2材料复合作为SERS基底,不仅增强基底的吸附性,并且从多个方面提升其SERS性能。文章制备出MoS_2纳米花,并在其表面装饰Au纳米粒子,制备出的复合纳米材料作为SERS基底,并通过检测亚甲基蓝染料分子来研究其SERS性能。
Surface-enhanced Raman scattering is a good molecular detection technique.Searching for surface-enhanced Raman scattering substrates with good performance is one of the important challenges in studying surface-enhanced Raman scattering.In the research,it was found that molybdenum disulfide has good adsorption capacity and fluorescence quenching effect which is very advantageous as a SERS substrate,so the metal and MoS2 materials are combined as a SERS substrate,which not only enhances the adsorption of the substrate,but also improve its SERS performance in several ways.In this paper,MoS2 nanoflowers were prepared and the Au nanoparticles were decorated on the surface.The composite nanomaterials were prepared as SERS substrates,and their SERS properties were studied by detecting methylene blue dye molecules.
