摘要
齿轮传动就是通过齿轮副传递运动以及动力传动装置,实现传动效果。是一种在现代设备中应用较为广泛的机械传动模式,其传动精准,效率相对较高,整体结构相对较为紧凑,有着良好的稳定性,应用期限较长。而开口齿轮传动机则是一种没有防尘罩以及机壳的设备,齿轮完全暴露在外面的一种形式。此种类型的齿轮很容易受到外界物质的侵蚀,导致润滑不良等问题,在工作环境恶劣的环境中,很容易出现磨损问题,在运行中适用于低速传动。文章主要对开口齿轮传动机构设计方式进行了简单的研究论述,综合齿轮类型、开口齿轮特征以及各项因素,探究了传动机构设计方式,希望可以为提升开口齿轮传动性能,提升工作效率提供有效参考。
Gear transmission is to realize the transmission effect through the transmission motion of gear pair and the power transmission device.It is a kind of mechanical transmission mode which is widely used in modern equipment.it has the advantages of accurate transmission,relatively high efficiency,relatively compact overall structure,good stability and long application period.The open gear transmission is a kind of equipment without dust cover and casing,and the gear is completely exposed to the outside.This type of gear is easy to be corroded by external materials,resulting in poor lubrication and other problems.in the bad working environment,it is easy to appear wear problems,which is suitable for low-speed transmission in operation.In this paper,the design mode of open gear transmission mechanism is briefly studied and discussed.combining the gear type,open gear characteristics and various factors,the design mode of transmission mechanism is explored,hoping to improve the transmission performance of open gear and provide effective reference so as to improve work efficiency.
