Hand Hygiene Compliance Investigation and Influencing Factors Analysis of Nursing Staff in Disinfection Supply Center

目的分析消毒供应中心(CSSD)护理工作人员手卫生依从性和相关影响因素。方法选取2017年10月—2018年4月间在CSSD中工作的护理人员55名,采用问卷调查与现场观察相结合的方式,记录护理人员手卫生执行情况及影响手卫生依从性相关因素。结果共观察护理工作人员手卫生时机3285例次,其在接触无菌物品前、接触污物后、装灭菌物品前、包装器械后及离开污染区后总的执行率分别为46.93%、55.48%、36.24%、40.12%、59.82%;CSSD护理工作人员对接触无菌物品前、接触污染物品脱手套后及离开污染区域后手卫生知晓率最高,分别为60.00%、54.55%、54.55%;影响因素中消毒液损伤皮肤所占比例最高,为94.55%。结论 CSSD中护理工作人员执行手卫生率比较低,缺乏手卫生相关技能与知识,担心频繁洗手对手的损伤,需加强对护理工作者专项培训并改善相关洗手设备与物品。

Objective To analyze the hand hygiene compliance and related influencing factors of nursing staff(CSSD)nursing staff.Methods A total of 55 nursing staff working in CSSD between October 2017 and April 2018 were selected.The questionnaire survey and on-site observation were combined to record the implementation of hand hygiene and the factors affecting hand hygiene compliance.Results A total of 3 285 cases of hand hygiene were observed.The total implementation rate was 46.93%55.48%,36.24%,40.12%,and 59.82%before contact with sterile items,after contact with dirt,before sterilization,after packaging equipment and after leaving contaminated area;CSSD nursing staff had the highest awareness of hand hygiene before exposure to sterile items,after removing contaminated items from contaminated items,and after leaving contaminated areas,60.00%,54.55%,and 54.55%,respectively.Among the influencing factors,the proportion of skin damaged by disinfectant was the highest,which was 94.55%.Conclusion The nursing staff in CSSD has a low hand hygiene rate,lacks skills and knowledge related to hand hygiene,and is concerned about the frequent injury of hand washing opponents.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen special training for nursing workers and improve related hand washing equipment and articles.
