护理缺陷交流会在血液透析室护理安全管理中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Application Effect of Nursing Defect Exchange in the Safety Management of Hemodialysis Room

目的探讨护理缺陷交流会在血液透析室护理安全管理中的应用效果。方法选择自2017年1—12月收治的100例血液透析患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法进行分组,分为对照组(50例)与研究组(50例)。对照组仅接受常规护理安全管理,研究组则接受护理缺陷交流会干预。比较分析两组应用效果。结果研究组透析安全事件发生率为2.00%,明显低于对照组的18.00%(χ2=7.111 1,P=0.007 7);研究组护理安全管理评分为(90.20±3.50)分,明显高于对照组[(78.80±5.10)分](t=10.587 4,P=0.000 0)。研究组护理人员自我安全管理能力评分为(93.50±3.20)分,明显高于对照组[(80.65±6.78)分](t=9.846 0,P=0.000 0)。组间比较,研究组护理满意度为94.00%,明显高于对照组的78.00%(χ2=5.315 6,P=0.021 1)。结论在血液透析室护理安全管理中应用护理缺陷交流会干预,可以有效降低透析安全事件发生率,有助于提高护理安全管理评分、护理人员自我安全管理能力评分以及护理满意度,有重要临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the application effect of nursing defect exchange in the safety management of hemodialysis room.Methods 100 hemodialysis patients admitted from January to December 2017 were selected as subjects.They were divided into control group(50 cases)and study group(50 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received only routine care safety management,and the study group received intervention from the nursing defect exchange meeting.Compare and analyze the effects of the two groups.Results The incidence of dialysis safety events in the study group was 2.00%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group 18.00%(χ^2=7.111 1,P=0.007 7).The nursing safety management score of the study group was(90.20±3.50)points,which was significantly higher than control group[(78.80±5.10)points](t=10.587 4,P=0.000 0).The self-safety management ability score of the nursing staff in the study group was(93.50±3.20)points,which was significantly higher than that of the control group[(80.65±6.78)points](t=9.846 0,P=0.000 0).The satisfaction degree of the study group was 94.00%,which was significantly higher than 78.00%of the control group(χ^2=5.315 6,P=0.021 1).Conclusion The application of nursing defect exchange intervention in hemodialysis room nursing safety management can effectively reduce the incidence of dialysis safety incidents,help to improve the nursing safety management score,nursing staff self-safety management ability score and nursing satisfaction,and has important clinical application value.
