健康教育对社区慢性病管理的意义分析

Analysis of the Signifi cance of Health Education on the Management of Chronic Diseases in the Community

目的探讨社区健康教育对慢性病患者管理的意义。方法选取该社区居民作为主要观察对象。选择488例糖尿病和高血压患者进行筛查,并建立相关慢性病档案。对患者进行健康讲座、定期随访和药物治疗指导,加强健康教育管理。12个月后,对健康教育前后患者的血糖、血压和依从性进行统计分析。结果健康教育干预前后患者的饮食、运动状态,血糖,血压均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育能够有效改善社区慢性病患者的生活方式和生活质量,对社区慢性病的管理具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the significance of community health education on the management of patients with chronic diseases.Methods The residents of this community were selected as the main observation objects.488 patients with diabetes and hypertension were selected for screening and relevant chronic disease files were established.Conduct health talks,regular follow-up and medication guidance for patients to strengthen health education management.After 12 months,statistical analysis was performed on blood glucose,blood pressure and compliance of patients before and after health education.Results The diet,exercise status,blood glucose and blood pressure of the patients before and after the health education intervention were statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education can effectively improve the lifestyle and quality of life of patients with chronic diseases in the community.It is of great significance to the management of chronic diseases in the community.
