改良门诊护理人员绩效考核体系在门诊管理中的实践研究

Practical Research on Improving the Performance Appraisal System of Out-patient Nursing Staff in Outpatient Management

目的研究在门诊管理中采用改良门诊护理人员绩效考核体系的实践效果。方法将该院门诊收治的患者作为研究对象,以不同时段为分组依据,将2016年5月—2017年5月收治的500例患者设定为对照组,将2017年6月—2018年6月收治的500例患者设定为观察组,前者实施常规门诊护理人员绩效考核体系进行管理,后者实施改良门诊护理人员绩效考核体系进行管理,分析两组护理质量、患者满意度、不良事件发生率。结果护理质量、患者满意度与对照组相比,观察组均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良事件发生率与对照组相比,观察组均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在门诊管理中,通过采用改良门诊护理人员绩效考核体系,既可提高护理人员主动能动性,从而提高患者满意度、减少不良事件发生率,又可提高护理质量,值得临床推广采用。

Objective To study the practical effect of improving the performance appraisal system of outpatient nursing staff in outpatient management.Methods The patients admitted to the outpatient department of the hospital were selected as the research subjects.The 500 patients admitted from May 2016 to May 2017 were set as the control group,and from June 2017 to June 2018,500 patients admitted to were set as the observation group.The former implemented the routine outpatient nursing staff performance appraisal system for management,the latter implemented the improved outpatient nursing staff performance appraisal system for management,and analyzed the two groups of nursing quality,patient satisfaction,and adverse events.Results The quality of care and patient satisfaction were higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events was lower in the observation group than in the control group,with academic significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In the outpatient management,through the use of improved outpatient nursing staff performance appraisal system,it can not only improve the active initiative of nursing staff,thereby improving patient satisfaction,reducing the incidence of adverse events,and improving the quality of nursing,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
