血府逐瘀汤联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗急性脑梗死的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Combined with Atorvastatin Calcium

目的观察血府逐瘀汤联合他汀类治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选取2017年10月～2018年10月江西省上饶市第二人民医院门诊或住院所接收的120例急性脑梗死患者,随机分为对照组及治疗组,每组60例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用血府逐瘀汤及阿托伐他汀钙治疗,疗程2周。比较两组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组治疗期间均无明显不良反应发生。结论在西医基础上采用血府逐瘀汤联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗急性脑梗死患者,可明显改善患者的临床症状,有较好疗效,且未增加明显的不良反应。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with statins in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction received from the outpatient or inpatient department of the Second People's Hospital of Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province from October 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine. The treatment group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and atorvastatin calcium on the basis of the control group for 2 weeks. The clinical effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%, which was higher than that of the control group 76.67%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no obvious adverse reaction during the treatment period. Conclusion On the basis of Western medicine, Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients, has a good effect, and does not increase the obvious adverse reactions.
