三维适形放疗在脑胶质瘤治疗中的应用及对生存期的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨三维适形放疗在脑胶质瘤患者中的临床效果及对生存期的影响。方法选择2013年6月~2015年10月治疗的脑胶质瘤患者62例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表分为对照组和观察组,各31例。对照组采用常规方法放疗,观察组采用三维适形放疗,两组均进行3个月治疗,治疗完毕后对患者进行3年随访,比较两组照射剂量及对生存期的影响。结果两组均顺利完成治疗,观察组治疗过程中Dmean照射剂量(63.29±5.77)Gy、CI照射剂量(0.84±0.12)Gy,高于对照组的(53.45±4.51)Gy、(0.57±0.10)Gy(t=10.295、6.847,P均=0.000);观察组治疗后2年、3年生存率分别为93.55%和83.87%,均高于对照组74.19%和64.52%(χ~2=6.893、5.773,P=0.013、0.046)。结论将三维适形放疗用于脑胶质瘤患者中能降低辐射剂量,提高患者生存率,可借鉴应用。 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy in patients with glioma and its impact on survival.Methods A total of 62 patients with glioma treated from June 2013 to October 2015 were enrolled.The randomized digital table was divided into control group and observation group,31 cases each.The control group received conventional radiotherapy,and the observation group received three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy.The two groups were treated for 3 months.After the treatment,the patients were followed for 3 years.The effects of the two groups on the dose and survival were compared.Results The treatment was successfully completed in both groups.In the observation group,Dmean(63.29±5.77)Gy,CI irradiation dose(0.84±0.12)Gy was higher than that of the control group(53.45±4.51)Gy,(0.57±0.10)Gy(t=10.295,6.847,P=0.000);the 2-year and 3-year survival rates of the observation group were 93.55%and 83.87%,respectively,which were higher than 74.19%and 64.52%of the control group(χ^2=6.893,5.773;P=0.013,0.046).Conclusion Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy can reduce the radiation dose and improve the survival rate of patients with glioma,which can be used for reference.
