人脐血间充质干细胞移植治疗脑炎后遗症1例 被引量:1

摘要 干细胞的研究是20世纪90年代以来在生物医学领域中最引人注目的热点之一,近年来已成为脑科学研究的重要方向。昆明医科大学第二附属医院于2010年6月起成功开展运用人脐血间充质干细胞(UCB-MSCs)来源的神经干细胞(NSCs)移植治疗神经系统疾病。治疗脑炎后遗症1例对于改善肌张力近期疗效明显,报道如下。
