主动脉内球囊反搏辅助治疗危重症心脏病临床效果分析

Analysis of clinical effect of intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation in the treatment of critical heart disease

目的探析危重症心脏病患者应用主动脉内球囊反搏辅助治疗的临床效果。方法对2016年1月至2018年1月期间在本院接受治疗的60例危重症心脏病患者进行研究,根据随机数字表法进行分组,即对照组与试验组,各30例。两组患者均给予主动脉内球囊反搏辅助治疗,对照组患者治疗时间<10 d,试验组患者治疗时间≥10 d,对两组患者临床指标水平及并发症发生率进行统计对比。结果试验组治疗后心率低于对照组,血氧饱和度、左室射血分数、舒张压、收缩压均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率为13.3%,对照组并发症发生率为10.0%,差异无统计学意义。结论危重症心脏病患者应用主动脉内球囊反搏辅助治疗时,适当延长时间,可显著改善患者临床指标,且不会明显增加并发症的发生,值得临床应用与借鉴。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of assisted intra-aortic balloon pumping in patients with critical heart disease. Methods 60 patients with critical heart disease who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were studied and grouped according to the random number table method, namely the control group and the experimental group. There were 30 cases in each group. Both groups of patients were given intra- aortic balloon counterpulsation adjuvant therapy. The treatment time of patients in the control group was <10 d, and the treatment time in the experimental group was >10 d. The clinical indicators and the incidence of complications were statistically compared between the two groups. Results The heart rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group. Oxygen saturation, left ventricular ejection fraction, diastolic blood pressure, and systolic blood pressure were higher in the experimental group than in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 13.3%, and the incidence of complications in the control group was 10.0%. The difference was not significant. Conclusion In critically ill patients with heart disease, when using intra-aortic balloon assisted treatment, prolonging the time can significantly improve the clinical indicators of the patients, and it will not significantly increase the occurrence of complications. It is worthy of clinical application and reference.
