早期针灸康复治疗小脑出血术后共济失调的价值分析

Analysis of the value of early acupuncture and rehabilitation in the treatment of postoperative ataxia after cerebellar hemorrhage

目的探究早期针灸康复治疗小脑出血术后共济失调的价值分析。方法选取2017年3月至2018年1月间本院收治的小脑出血术后共济失调的患者68例进行实验分析,根据患者住院治疗时间的奇偶性将患者均分为实验组与对照组,实验组患者采用早期针灸康复治疗,对照组患者采用内科常规治疗,对比两组患者的小脑血肿体积变化情况、不同时期ICARS评分以及临床治疗效果。结果两组患者的小脑血肿体积变化情况对比,实验组患者的小脑血肿体积变化情况优势较为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的ICARS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比两组患者的治疗有效率,实验组患者的治疗有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期针灸康复治疗小脑出血术后共济失调效果良好,能够使患者的小脑血肿体积缩小,提高治疗效果,值得推广。

Objective To explore the value of early acupuncture and moxibustion rehabilitation in the treatment of postoperative ataxia after cerebellar hemorrhage. Methods From March 2017 to January 2018, 68 patients with ataxia after operation of cerebellar hemorrhage in our hospital were selected for experimental analysis. The patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to the parity of hospitalization time. The patients in the experimental group were treated with early acupuncture and moxibustion rehabilitation, and the patients in the control group were treated with routine medical treatment. The changes of cerebellar hematoma volume, the ICARS score in different periods and the effect of clinical treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The volume changes of cerebellar hematoma were compared between the two groups. The change of cerebellar hematoma volume in the experimental group was significant (P<0.05), and the ICARS score in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of early acupuncture and moxibustion rehabilitation on ataxia after cerebellar hemorrhage is good, which can reduce the volume of cerebellar hematoma and improve the therapeutic effect, which is worth popularizing.
