摘要
针对实习工厂汽车零部件装配线存在的生产效率低的问题,对该工件从最初生产到最终生产完成进行了全面的分析,通过方法研究和作业测定找出其中的问题,然后用5W1H、ECRS、动作经济原则等,对生产过程中存在的问题进行了改善。主要有机加区的一人多机作业分析和改善,通过工时节拍的计算找出其中的瓶颈工序,然后对瓶颈工序进行改善,然后重复步骤,对装配线不断的进行优化。按照动作经济原则,对原本的装配线存在的瓶颈,设计新的工装来减轻操作者的工作压力。
Aiming at the problem of low production efficiency in the assembly line of automobile parts in the practice factory, the paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the work piece from the initial production to the final production, finds out the problems by means of method research and job determination, and then uses “5W1H”, has carried on the improvement to the question existing in the production process. This paper analyzes and improves the operation of one person and many machines in the main organic adding area, finds out the bottleneck procedure through the calculation of the man-hour beat,then repeats the steps to optimize the assembly line continuously. According to the principle of action economy,design new tooling to reduce operator’s working pressure.
