摘要
人坐立行走时姿势不良可能导致颈椎、胸椎、腰椎及盆骨等结构发生变形,诱发诸多健康问题。文章着重介绍了智能可穿戴产品对体势调整的作用原理和方法,概述了其国内外研究现状,分析了现有智能矫姿类产品的优势与不足。
Poor posture in sitting and walking may cause structural deformation of the cervical spine, thoracic spine, lumbar spine and pelvis, and induce many health problems. This paper emphatically introduces the principle and method of smart wearable devices for body posture adjustment, summarizes the research status at home and abroad, and analyses the advantages and disadvantages of existing intelligent posture adjustment products.
