论旅游行业自律体系的构建

The Construction of Self-discipline System in Tourism Industry

旅游行业自律体系的构建是旅游业发展的必然选择。目前,旅游行业自律组织体系和旅游行业自律规范体系都存在不足。文章指出,旅游行业自律组织体系构建应着眼于构建全国到地方系统化的旅游自律组织体系,加强国际旅游行业深层次交流与合作;旅游行业自律规范体系构建应该提出立法建议,制定行业自律规范,建立行业纠纷解决机制。

The construction of the self-organized system of tourism industry is the inevitable choice of tourism development. At present,the tourism industry organization system and the tourism industry self-discipline system are inadequate. It is pointed out in this article that this system construction should start from local to the whole country. The interaction and cooperation with international tourism industry should be strengthened. The standard system construction should be supported with legislative suggestion,business self-discipline standard,and business dispute resolution mechanism.
