Emotional expression is the vitality of artistic creation, is an important way to move people and purify the soul. Luo Hanlei with sensitive antennae and life perception, in her pen and ink in the world silently revealed the feelings from the heart. Taking the meticulous figure painting of Luo Hanlei as the research object, this paper expounds its emotional expression mode from the two aspects of the choice of the subject matter and the language of the technique, and discusses the inspiration of its innovative spirit to the creation of contemporary Chinese painting in combination with the evolution of the specific techniques.
