摘要
将乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物(ETFE)进行高温老化处理,并通过红外、流变及力学性能等多种表征手段对高温老化前后的树脂进行性能分析。结果表明,ETFE在高温环境中存在着复杂的化学反应过程,包含分子链断链、重组、交联及氧化过程,从而造成了ETFE高温老化前后的性能差别,高温老化后拉伸强度降低、分子量变大、分子量分布变宽、熔点升高。自制的ETFE高温老化后拉伸强度(38.6 MPa)和断裂伸长率(442%)都明显高于国外某产品的27.3 MPa、355%。
Ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer(ETFE) was treated with high temperature aging,and the properties of the resin before and after high temperature aging were analyzed by infrared,rheological and mechanical properties characterization methods.The results showed that ETFE had complex chemical reaction processes in high-temperature environment,including molecular chain breaking,recombination,cross-linking and oxidation processes,which resulting in the performance difference before and after high temperature aging of ETFE.A fter high temperature aging,the tensile strength decreased and the molecular weight increased,the molecular weight distribution broaded,and the melting point increased.The tensile strength(38.6 MPa) and elongation at break(442%) of ETFE self-regulating after high temperature aging were significantly higher than the 27.3 MPa and 355% of a foreign product.
