摘要
针对无水氯化钙生产装置干燥系统的高温风机,诸如振动、轴承温度高等故障原因进行了分析,并结合实际提出整改措施,采用钢制电动机底座替代原混凝土基础,严格控制轴承间隙,并针对操作、检修、维护等方面采取相应的措施。改进后,效果显著,高温风机的故障率明显下降,稳定性和可靠性得以提升。
In view of the high temperature fan in drying system of anhydrous calcium chloride production equipment, the cause of fault such as vibration and high bearing temperature etc were analyzed,then putted forward corrective measures combined with the actual situations. Using steel motor base instead of the original concrete foundation, strict control of the bearing clearance,and taking corresponding measures aiming operation,repair, maintenance and other aspects. After improvement,the effect was remarkable, the fault rate of high temperature fan was obviously reduced,and the stability and reliability were improved.
