摘要
为改善聚合物制品的阻隔性能,制备了高价过渡金属氟化物CoF3和CeF4,并对聚乙烯表面进行改性,并测试了改性聚合物的抗氧化和热稳定性。结果表明,0.2 mm的聚乙烯薄膜,经CoF3和CeF4在氟化温度80℃、熟化时间5 h的条件下处理后,其抗氧化和热稳定性明显提高。红外光谱证明了聚乙烯薄膜改性后,氢原子被氟原子取代。
In order to improve the barrier properties of polymer products, high-valent transition metal fluoride such as CoF3 and CeF4 were prepared, polyethylene surface was modified and the oxidation resistance and thermal stability o f the modified polymer were tested. Results showed that the 0.2 mm polyethylene film, modified by CoF3 and CeF4 under the condition that 80 °C fluoride temperature and 5 h curing time, after treatment, the oxidation resistance and thermal stability improved obviously. The hydrogen atom was replaced by fluorine after the modification by infrared specctra.
