摘要
总结了不同热解气氛对煤热解行为的影响,其中氧化性气氛的存在不仅可以促进挥发性有机物的裂解,也可以与挥发性有机物发生反应进一步形成焦油及半焦;还原性气氛促进了煤热解自由基的生成,同时还原性气体热裂解也会形成自由基,这些自由基间的相互结合会进一步形成热解气、热解水、热解焦油及半焦。混合气氛热解有利于焦油产率的提高,且不同气体的混合对焦油中各组分含量及性质的变化均会产生较大的影响。最后提出,下一步研究中应就不同气氛对煤热解过程的影响机理进行深入探讨并结合计算机模拟的方法对其影响过程进行模拟和优化,同时应放大实验装置,为工业应用提供更为准确可靠的参考依据。
This paper summarizes the effect of different pyrolysis atmospheres on coal pyrolysis behavior.The presence of oxidizing atmosphere can not only facilitate the cracking of volatile organic compounds,but also react with volatile organics to form tar and semi-coke.Besides,the reducing atmosphere promotes the generation of pyrolysis free radicals in coal as well as form free radicals.Then the combination of these radicals generates pyrolysis gas,tar,semi-coke and water.The pyrolysis is beneficial to the improvement of the tar yield in the mixed atmosphere.And the content and properties of various components in tar will change greatly in different mixed atmospheres.Finally,it is proposed that the influence mechanism of different atmospheres on the coal pyrolysis process should be discussed in depth and combined with computer to simulate and optimize its impact process.At the same time,the experimental device should be enlarged to provide more accurate and reliable reference for industrial applications.
